Civil society says stop to animal abuse in Morocco

Animal abuse in Morocco worried Ahmed Tazi, President of the Association of Defence of Animals and Nature (ADAN).
With the aim to end this cruelty, the association will be present at the Convention for Climate Change in Marrakech, to defend its new project on humane management of dog population. This project is to capture the dogs and cats, to identify and neuter them and then release them into the environment where they were captured. TNR would become the best method to eradicate rabies and remove zoonoses. "The animals become  health workers 24/24, that is to say, they protect their territory from the entry of other sick animals," he says. (french)
