Man gets 10-year animal ban for dog’s death in hot car

In a court sentence a man who left his dog to die in his car has been banned from owning animals for 10 year and was also fined $ 5,000.
The man was found guilty of failing to provide an animal in his care with reasonable protection from injurious heat, which is an offence under the Animal Protection Act.
