Dogs more popular than cats for the first time in over 20-years

For more than 20-years cats have ruled the roost in British homes significantly outnumbering dogs in the quest to become the country’s most popular pet. Statistics published by the PFMA reveal that there are now 8.9 million dogs living in Britain compared to just 7.9 million cats.
