Dogs and Cats in Serbia

News from the Serbian Companion Animal Veterinary world and its ups and downs:

One of the negative points is that despite various and numerous programs for the stray dogs and cats control, Serbia still has a large population of dogs and cats on the street.

Another negative points is the lack of media presence of veterinary professionals, topics related to animal welfare and responsible ownership.

A positive point is that Serbia is one of a few world countries with mandatory microchipping and rabies vaccination for cats and dogs. Well done!
