Diana Plange becomes Berlin’s first full-time animal protection Commissioner

 Diana Plange becomes Berlin's full-time animal protection Commissioner. She follows the honorary animal welfare officer Prof. Dr. Horst Spielmann, who is retired at the end of the month. Ms Plange will start on  June 12th.
Senator Dr. Dirk Behrendt explains: "In June, Berlin gets a full-time animal protection Commissioner. With Mrs. Plange, we are strengthening animal protection in the capital. For animal protection organizations and citizens, we create such a contact person and an advisory voice in all questions of animal welfare”. Diana Plange is a veterinarian with a solid background in Animal Welfare. (German)
